DESCRIPTION:OmniOpenCon is a gathering of people\, projects and communitie
s involved in all things open: open source\, open data\, open science\, op
en hardware and open education. We value openness\, freedom and sharing\,
and we want to bring together everyone who shares these beliefs. OmniOpenC
on is free as in free speech and as in free beer: everyone is welcome to a
ttend for free\, and all information and resources are publicly available.
We follow the example and the spirit of FOSDEM. The third edition is a tw
o-day event: hands-on workshops on Friday\, October 16\, and talks on Satu
 rday\, October 17\, 2026. Come as a speaker\, a workshop leader or a parti
cipant. See you soon!\n\nRead everything about OmniOpenCon in a nutshell o
