OFFDEM originates from the free software movement and considers freeing social and intellectual production as well as collective care and maintenance of software.

We welcome proposals from collectives interested in exploring and sharing their experiences with others. The #offdem-topic are attached to work groups that remained the same since our first edition: Collective Data Sovereignty; Local Organization; Interoperability and Power Relations; all balance technical and social concerns in a same movement.
