While some considered Digital Sovereignty an impossible endeavour others decided to lead by example and invest in Open Source software and skills to show that it is indeed possible.

International cooperation between OSPOs (Open Source Program Offices), members of the Digital Commons EDIC, and many other organisations, associations, and individuals are delivering the solutions that are enabling radical change in how we consume and contribute to digital tools.

This year’s conference will provide participants the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences on current and planned projects that implement and secure Open Source software for many use cases.
